Steve Matthews presents Fitness and Nutrition Tips for Busy Adults
A personal quest to get fit launched a career for personal trainer Steve Matthews. As an overweight child and teen, Steve found fitness in his early 20s as a way to improve his health and confidence. His weight loss led to a part-time job at a local athletic club, but continued interest in
the field opened up further opportunities as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, club manager, and Level 1 TPI Certified Fitness Professional.

Steve’s degree in education has led to a style that teaches his clients more about exercises and the science behind them. His love of fitness and athletics, passion for healthy eating, and background in teaching has been a powerful combination in helping others reach their fitness goals in a motivating, encouraging and inspiring way.
